These Terms and Services ("Terms") govern your access to the Site and your use of our travel planning, consultation, and booking-related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and Services.
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you act on behalf of a group, family, or organization, you warrant that you have authority to bind all travelers to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you and for all activities conducted under your account or inquiry profile.
Indo World Travel is a travel agency that facilitates leisure and business travel arrangements including, without limitation, packaged tours, custom itineraries, hotel reservations, ground transportation, activities, and ancillary travel products. We act as an agent for you when arranging services supplied by independent third parties such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and insurance providers ("Suppliers").
Unless expressly stated in writing, we are not the provider of transportation, accommodation, or on-the-ground services. Suppliers' terms, conditions, and policies apply to their respective services and may limit or exclude liability. It is your responsibility to review Supplier documentation provided at the time of booking.
All prices displayed on the Site or communicated in proposals are subject to availability and may change without notice until a deposit is received and a booking is confirmed. Quotes may exclude certain taxes, resort fees, visa fees, baggage charges, optional excursions, gratuities, and fuel or carrier surcharges unless specifically itemized.
Currency conversions, if applicable, are estimated and final amounts may vary based on exchange rates at the time of payment. We will endeavor to honor quoted prices for a reasonable validity period stated in your proposal; after expiry, components may need to be repriced.
A booking is considered confirmed only when you have paid any required deposit or full payment and received written confirmation from Indo World Travel. Payment schedules vary by package and Supplier requirements. Failure to pay balances by stated due dates may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of deposits in accordance with Supplier rules.
We accept payment methods as communicated during the booking process. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due, including subsequent adjustments approved by you or required by Suppliers (for example, fare increases or room category changes).
Change and cancellation policies differ by Supplier, fare type, season, and promotional rate. Your confirmation documents will specify applicable deadlines and penalties. Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to hello@indoworldtravel.org.
Refunds, when permitted, may take several billing cycles to appear depending on your financial institution. Service fees charged by Indo World Travel for planning or processing may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for refunds delayed or denied by Suppliers when you fail to meet their terms.
You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documentation required for your itinerary. We may provide general guidance, but immigration and health regulations change frequently. Verify requirements with relevant embassies and health authorities well in advance of departure.
Denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation does not entitle you to refunds from Suppliers or from Indo World Travel beyond any amounts recoverable under applicable Supplier policies.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and baggage loss. Insurance products, when offered, are provided by third-party insurers subject to their policy terms. Declining insurance may limit your recovery options in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Suppliers may alter schedules, routes, accommodations, or services due to weather, mechanical issues, labor actions, public health events, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control ("Force Majeure"). Indo World Travel will assist in rebooking or obtaining credits where possible but is not liable for additional costs you incur as a result of such events.
If a Supplier ceases operations or materially changes services, we will work in good faith to identify alternatives. Your acceptance of substitutes constitutes agreement to modified terms and pricing differences you authorize.
You agree to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, and fellow travelers and to comply with local laws and customs. We reserve the right to remove you from a tour or deny future Services if your conduct endangers others, damages property, or disrupts the experience. No refund is due for removal under these circumstances.
Adventure activities carry inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your fitness and suitability for activities such as trekking, diving, or wildlife encounters unless negligence by a Supplier is established under applicable law.
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, itineraries, photographs, and software—is owned by Indo World Travel or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use of Site content for trip planning is permitted.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping data, impersonating others, or submitting false inquiries. We may suspend access to protect the Site and users. Automated form submissions and spam are prohibited.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDO WORLD TRAVEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INDO WORLD TRAVEL AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO INDO WORLD TRAVEL FOR THE SPECIFIC BOOKING GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indo World Travel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your travel conduct, your violation of laws or Supplier rules, or your misuse of the Site.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.
You consent to receive communications electronically, including quotes, confirmations, and notices. Electronic records satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing when permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Indo World Travel's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as required by applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top will reflect revisions. Material changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For active bookings, the Terms in effect at confirmation apply unless changes are required by law or mutually agreed.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
